In the first half of 2024, the overall operation of spinning machinery showed a downward trend. In the domestic market, sales of various types of hosts increased and decreased, including domestic sales of ring spinning frame decreased by 5.7%, and exports decreased by 70.4%; Rotary spinning machine domestic sales fell 16.5%, exports fell 51.6%, domestic sales fell far less than exports; Automatic winder domestic sales and imports increased. The running trend of the spinning machinery industry is closely related to the development of the cotton textile industry. At present, China's spinning stock is about 110 million ingots, weaving capacity is about 900,000 units, and Xinjiang's spinning and weaving capacity continues to rise, and its proportion in the country is accelerating. In recent years, the revenue of enterprises in the cotton textile industry is basically about 1 trillion yuan, and the industry revenue and profit margin are in the declining range. In the first half of this year, the operating income of the cotton textile industry increased by 0.2% year-on-year, the loss was 27.1%, and the total profit fell by 4.3% year-on-year, during the same period, the export delivery value of the cotton spinning fell by 2.78%, and the export delivery value of the cotton weaving products fell by 0.25% year-on-year.
